Variegated Chain Of Hearts ♡

“Ceropegia Woodii Variegata” Oh the rarity of it all. A variegated version of Chain of Hearts (or sometimes called String of Hearts). A cute little heart-shaped leaf of pink, cream leaves with splashes of lime green and grey. She’s quite the lady! A delicate trailing plant. Her colours will change with the seasons, and the intensity of light and her leaves will grow on long vines.
