Hibbertia Serpyllifolia

Hibbertia serpyllifolia is also known as the Guinea Flower and is a fast-growing native groundcover perfect for coastal gardens as it doesn’t mind a bit of wind and salt spray. It has small glossy, green leaves with yellow flowers that appear all year round and stay around for a while.

• What to use me for: I am great in a pot or as a groundcover in a coastal gardens 

• I grow to: 15-30cm high, 60cm-1m wide 

• Where to place me: Full sun – part shade 

• Watering conditions: Keep me well watered when it gets hot, otherwise I don’t need much water 

• Soil Conditions: I do well in sandy, coastal soils
